Major Moves Forward with Thomas Software


Thomas International will be launching several new products the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition 2004.


The Thomas System software sees some major moves forward in response to

changes in UK employment legislation. These changes will enable users to

quickly and effectively provide feedback candidates require. The software will also now, for the first time, gives you the ability to match people to jobs. Called ëSearch and Selectí it means companies can search their database of profiles and match people to jobs and jobs to people.

Thomas is also launching its new Job Profiling software. This gives you a behavioural template for a job into which you can slot a candidate. Before you can recruit the right person to the right role you need to understand not only the candidateís profile but also that of the role itself.

The new job profiling software from Thomas helps you to think of the key behavioural requirements of the role you are recruiting for in a natural and intuitive way. It provides an objective view of the characteristics required in the role.

Thomas software is constantly evolving to keep ahead of the field. Legislation and European directives play an ever increasing role in regulating UK employment practices. In light of these legislative requirements Thomasí software now provides a Candidate Feedback Report as a matter of course when profiling individuals. Candidate Feedback gives clear and appropriate feedback on the results of Thomas behavioural assessment, the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
