TFPL awarded public sector framework agreement

TFPL Ltd - the international knowledge, information and records management, recruitment and advisory company - has been awarded an S-CAT Framework Agreement to provide HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Interim Management and Training services to public sector organisations including the NHS.
S-CAT is a catalogue based procurement scheme run by OGCbuying.solutions, an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce in HM Treasury. It provides public sector organisations with a simplified and economic means of procuring and contracting for a wide range of consultancy and specialist services from a variety of service providers.

TFPL''s award is for all services falling under Category 10 -Human Resources which include:

- Contractor Support Services - the supply of IT and Specialist Personnel
- HR Consultancy - including change management, appraisal systems, competency frameworks, training & development strategies and staff communication strategies
- Interim Management for professional and managerial staff
- Recruitment - executive search, permanent recruitment and related services
- Training - learning and development programmes and tools

The award also comes at a time when many public sector organisations are addressing knowledge, information and records management issues related to the implementation of e-government strategies, the Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection and many other initiatives designed to improve services to the citizen.
