Stepstone has announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with eQuest, North American job posting distribution company. Under the terms of the agreement, eQuest will offer European online recruiting services to the North American market including its U.S. customers, delivered through the sites of StepStone and its European partners. The alliance provides expanded geographical coverage to eQuest's international and multinational recruiters, while StepStone further expands its market reach to the U.S.
eQuest, which provides job posting services for many of the Fortune 1000 through its relationships with the top Applicant Tracking and Recruitment Management systems. From a single point in its online system, recruiters can now reach a network of leading job boards that spans the globe.
StepStone provides direct market coverage across Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland.. Through its partners in the StepStone Network this coverage extends to a total of 22 European countries (adding Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Spain and UK) with full local support for recruiters and candidates in each market.
