Skillsarena is delighted to announce the appointment of Phil Bannister as its new Recruitment Sector Manager

Skillsarena is delighted to announce the appointment of Phil Bannister as its new Recruitment Sector Manager, demonstrating the companyís commitment to customer service and client relationships.

This role will see Phil responsible for maintaining existing relationships with Skillsarenaís top 100 clients, as well as developing partnerships with new business prospects.

Phil joins Skillsarena with excellent industry experience, having spent three years working in the UK for US-based skills assessment organisation, Qwiz. Phil started there as Major Accounts Manager, where he was in charge of the companyís key accounts and potential clients in the recruitment sector. After two years, Phil took on the role of UK Operations Manager, which saw him responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of their UK presence. He remained in this position for a year before joining Skillsarena. Prior to this, Phil spent 12 years working with Barclays Bank, and ANZ Bank in Australia.

On his appointment Phil said, ìI am delighted to have made the move to Skillsarena. It is clearly growing very rapidly, having recently made a number of new appointments, and it is showing itself to be a very dynamic company. I believe that the future for Skillsarena is bright, and I am very pleased to have the opportunity to be a part of it.î
