SHL Group plc announces today the appointment of a new independent non-executive director, Stephen Puckett, Group Finance Director of Michael Page International plc. The appointment takes effect immediately.
David Best, Chairman, commented, I welcome Stephen to our Board. He brings extensive experience as a Finance Director, knowledge of our sector, international experience and a broad experience of financial transactions.
Stephen Puckett has 13 years of plc experience. He joined Wace Group plc in 1988, initially as Director of Corporate Finance and was subsequently promoted to Group Finance Director in 1991. He was appointed Group Finance
Director of Stat Plus Group plc in 2000 and joined Michael Page in January 2001.
He will serve on both the Remuneration and Audit Committees of SHL, and take over as Chairman of the Audit Committee after a period of transition.
The Company advises that no details have failed to be disclosed under paragraph 16.4 of the UKLA Listing Rules
SHL Group plc also announces that Janet Rubin stood down as an independent
non-executive director on 2 March 2004. Janet Rubin served on the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees.
