Senior appointment to finance and executive team

Julia Naveira Michel has joined specialist recruitment company, The Principle Partnership, as executive consultant to its finance and executive team. She will be responsible for the placement of senior finance and management candidates including chief executives, financial directors, and operational managers with charities and not for profit organisations.

Julia joins The Principle Partnership from Michael Page Finance where she specialised in senior finance recruitment within the not for profit sector. There she worked with a number of clients on an exclusive basis to assist with recruitment needs, as well as being involved in running advertisement campaigns on behalf of a number of key charity and not for profit clients.

At The Principle Partnership Julia is keen to raise awareness of the company as a quality provider of senior staff through search and selection. Having originally studied with a view to working in international development and gained many yearsí experience of international direct marketing, she appreciates the importance of providing a good service for clients.
