Search underway for entries to ëbest use of broadbandí category in DTI E-Commerce Awards 2004

BT hunts out Broadband business stars

BT is looking for small and medium size businesses across the country to come forward and show how their use of broadband has really made a difference to their business.
The move is part of BT Businessí support of the E-Commerce Award (organised by the DTI)ëBest use of Broadbandí category.

Regional winners could win 8,000 and go on to a place in the national finals where the top prize is 40,000. Overall there are 69 Awards open across the UK, with a total prize fund of 214,000. The Award, which is open until July 30, 2004, is free to enter.

In addition, entrants can get some free expert advice from
their local business adviser or participate in educational and training events tailored to their business development needs.

The Award has been designed to recognise and reward those organisations that have demonstrated excellence through the use of the internet and other information and communications technologies.
