The company concerned provides outsourced services itself, through diversified call and contact centres and Search has over 1500 trained, outsourced staff currently on placement working with them.
Search onsite management teams look after all the HR responsibilities of the workforce; including disciplinary matters, counselling, appraisal and personal development.
Kai McCabe says this is an easy client to work with as, within their own operation, they have already embraced the notion that company managers should be left to concentrate on what they do best.
