SCHINDLER partners with ARINSO for Managed Payroll Services in 14 countries

Pan-European Payroll on a Single SAP Instance

ARINSO International (EuroNext Brussels: ARIN), a leading provider of HR Technology Consulting & Outsourcing, announced a new contract in Managed Payroll Services for Schindler, the world’s leading supplier of escalators, elevators and moving walks. Under this contract, ARINSO People Services will eventually operate Payroll services for 16,600 employees in 14 countries across Europe. The contract covers a period of 5 years. This deal again demonstrates that Payroll is among the HR processes offering the highest potential for clients & vendors to reduce administrative cost and increase HR Service levels. Many organizations expect that pan-European payroll outsourcing will deliver a substantial competitive advantage in terms of reliability, speed & quality of management information.

As of January 2005, ARINSO starts servicing an initial population of 3,400 staff in Spain & Italy. An additional 13,200 staff in Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Portugal, UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Finland, Austria & France will be added throughout 2005 & 2006. The total contract value will approach 9 million EUR.

ARINSO delivers the services from its service centres in Madrid & Brussels. All service centers operate on ARINSO’s proprietary global service centre technology, which includes the ARINSO HR Workspace, as part of ARINSO’s ’hub-&-spokes’ infrastructure.
