Resourcing Software announce that it has joined the Peoplesoft, Inc.

Associated with the announcement, Resourcing Software is building an interface between its product web-cruit and ìPeoplesoftsíî e-Recruit.

Resourcing Software is a vendor of Internet based recruitment software that is complementary to the PeopleSoft e-Recruit offering and provides additional functionality required by most organizations that are looking to implement an Internet based recruitment strategy.

Resourcing Software believes there is value in a partnership to both organizations, as the combined solutions will enable PeopleSoft customers to obtain a complete internet recruitment solution.

The partnership will enable a PeopleSoft customer to take an authorized vacancy within their HRMS solution and post the vacancy to online and offline recruitment channels including job boards, news groups, and recruitment agencies. The vacancy can also be posted to a customerís own website and intranet. Using web-cruit, customised application forms and screening questions can be attached to the job descriptions, enabling applicants to complete all the necessary information online. This saves HR users valuable time and effort with the initial screening and filtering stage of the recruitment cycle. web-cruit can track the recruitment channels selected, the budget spent on each channel and the number of applicants received per channel.
