Recruitment drives profitable year for Guildsrealm

Increased demand for interim management and specialist recruitment services have boosted turnover and profits at south coast based Guildsrealm.

The Hampshire company this week reported turnover has topped the 1 million mark as companies take advantage of its search and selection service and increasingly call upon Guildsrealm for interim management through its GR Selection division.

Mr Davis said the companyís ambitious expansion plans have already seen the development of its search and selection service and the recent launch of HR Consulting, part of Guildsrealmís plan to set itself apart from other consultancies.

There has also been success for its new subsidiary Advanced Selection which handles lower level appointments, mainly in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
