Recruitment communities for increased profits

.

The Recruitment eXchange Network Ltd. or ëRENí for short has today announced the launch of two virtual recruitment networks, in three separate regions of the UK. The regions covered are (a) London and the South East, (b) The Midlands and (c) The North of England. The networks or ëCommunitiesí being created are ëIT Salesí and ëIT Techí.

ëThe recruitment marketplace has changed dramatically over the last two yearsí says Peter Kelly, The REN sales and marketing Director. ë Exclusives are more difficult to come by, competition is therefore increasing, clients are becoming more choosy, the number of IT vacancies has dramatically declined and fees are being squeezedí.

The Recruitment eXchange Network believes that co-operation and communities of like minded organisations are the way forward.

ëIn todayís climate it is unusual to find a recruitment company that would not welcome additional opportunities or to earn more feesí continues Kelly.

By Joining a REN Network, which is carefully limited in size and governed by a strict code of practice, a member can post those positions that are proving difficult to fill with a suitable matching candidate. The system automatically emails the other members of that community. Once replies have been received, the original member can chose with whom he wants to co-operate . A member may decide to only partner with two or three other members during the year. The philosophy is that a split fee is better than no fee and more significantly, a satisfied client may be the source of additional repeat business. Business, that may be lost if the correct candidate could not be located quickly.
