launches 2003 with new interface

1st Quarter Represents a Fourth Straight Quarter of Double-Digit Growth
Recruiting Solutions International, Inc. (RSI) a provider of modular, Web-native, recruiting and human capital management software solutions, announced today the launch of a newly redesigned WorkforceERPô. RSI also announced considerable customer acquisition and outstanding financial highlights for the first quarter of 2003.

The interface launch, which required 14 months of usability studies, design input and extensive coding and testing, is considered RSIís most significant release in two years.

Highlights of the release include:

▪ A more intuitive, ìstylizedî interface giving the application an enhanced user experience
▪ More efficient, ì1 Clickî access to user-specific information, most frequented modules and individual workflows
▪ Additional reporting capabilities that include drill down and export options as well as automatic distribution features
▪ New functionality enabling the user to personally define the ìskinî of the application with custom colors palettes, menu orientations, navigation features and candidate and requisition ì1 Clickî hotlists

Additional ergonomics, new and enhanced modules and ìlook and feelî releases are scheduled for later in the year, continuing RSIís commitment to providing increasingly robust functionality and 100% client satisfaction.

In addition to the innovative interface release for WorkforceERP, RSI acquired 32 new customers in the first quarter. A sampling of those clients include: Business Objects; Advest Inc.; Brown Shoe/Famous Footwear; Air Methods; M3 Technologies; Arclight Systems, LLC; Healthlink, Inc.; TheraCare Staffing Services and T-Sytems, a subsidiary of T-Mobile.
After a 35 percent gross revenue growth in 2002, RSI is already exceeding that trend in 2003. First quarter performance metrics compared to the first quarter of last year include:
▪ Revenue growth of 44%
▪ Net income growth of 275%
▪ Implementation revenue growth of 55%
▪ Recurring revenue growth of 62%
