ëDecember 2003 was a record month for Eteach.com, the UKís largest education jobsite, with over 4,000 teachers registering on the site in just two weeks.í Julia Brooksbank, marketing manager at Eteach, announced today.
ëWe saw a huge hike in registrations during the last fortnight of the year bringing the total registered to over 160,000 and attribute this to greater awareness of the site among education professionals and the seasonal trend of teachers looking at alternative jobs in preparation for the New Year. December 2003ís figures are 12 % above those of December 2002 and the rising trend is continuing into January.í
