Water for Fish, the people and organisation consulting company, announces the appointment of Ravi Bhusate as head of its rapidly expanding Transformation team, which helps Public and Private Sector organisations restructure their businesses and re-focus their people to enable future, sustainable growth.
Ravi, who holds a doctorate in Physical Chemistry from Imperial College of Science Technology & Medicine, joins from Atos KPMG Consulting (AKC). At AKC, Ravi was responsible for the skills development of some 1,500 AKC consultants, helping the firm achieve its business objective of being a world-renown firm and ultimately the best consulting firm to work for.
Raviís appointment underlines the strong growth ambitions of Water for Fish, within the fast expanding international human resources industry. Ravi joins the company at an exciting stage in its development, following other recent key consulting and marketing appointments.
Ravi started his career at British Gas as a senior scientist before progressing to Centrica where he first gained experience as part of a wide-ranging culture change programme for its call centres. In the latter 1990s, Ravi moved to Accenture where he was responsible for the design and implementation of several culture change programmes, impacting some 45,000 employees in the firmís Telecommunications business and over 80,000 people in its Government business unit.
