Question Tools launches NetSeries for online performance evaluation

.

Following the success of its Editor application (now used by trainers in 87 countries), online assessment specialist Question Tools has launched a series of solutions that enable quick, low-cost and widespread skills audits and competency evaluations. The NetSeries family of products provide instant web sites that deliver tests, surveys and courses while automatically collecting and analysing the results.

Tests, lessons and surveys can be delivered via a web browser without any plug-ins or players, and yet can still include drawings, photographs, sound, speech and video, as well as feedback on a question-by-question basis.

NetSeries not only records individual results, but automatically generates group averages, and allows a trainer or manager to look through any individualís finished work one screen at a time, with answers marked and feedback shown.

The NetSeries applications are aimed at a wide range of usersóthey can run across intranets or the internet, but require only one-button installation and a double-click to start.

The NetSeries family of products is the commercial arm of a full suite that includes the award-winning Editor software. Question Tools have registered users in 87 countries, and an impressive and growing client list that includes large blue-chip companies, government agencies and educational institutions.

While NetSeries forms the major part of the commercial operations of Question Tools, the company remains very supportive of its users in developing countries, and will continue to provide free software to India, Pakistan, China, Botswana and Vietnam amongst others.

Amazon recommends

The huge international retailer Amazon provided a further boost to Question Tools recently when it began to recommend Question Tools free software to some of its shoppers. It has started to do this alongside some books, suggesting that users should visit the Question Tools site, despite the fact that there is no arrangement between Question Tools and Amazon.
The online assessment market is now crowded with competing products, and yet Question Tools is the only software in this category that Amazon recommends.
