PSL steps up recruitment drive this Spring

.

PSL (Psychometric Services Ltd) one of the UK’s leading psychometric test developers and suppliers, continues to develop its talent pool this Spring with the appointment of ex-SHL senior consultant, Ben Williams, as a senior consultant in its growing consultancy solutions team.

Having appointed experienced psychometrician Louisa Tate, ex-SHL, earlier on this year, Ben will be joining PSL’s team of psychologists to drive forward and deliver assessment consultancy solutions for PSLís burgeoning blue-chip client base.

According to Ian Newcombe, director of product development, PSL:

It is key for a growing company such as PSL to continue to draw upon fresh talent, particularly those who have been working for other respected industry practitioners and test developers.

The challenges faced by PSL are not only to ensure that we capitalise on new technology to enable us to deliver ever more valid and useful assessment tools, but also to ensure that we have the consultancy capability to deliver these solutions to clients in a way that will work within their businesses and generate a clear return on investment. Collectively, I hope that the combined strengths from our new PSL team can continue to add value to the offering available to both clients and candidates alike, he added.

Ben Williams left Oxford University in 1999 with a 2:1 in Occupational Psychology and subsequently gained BPS chartered occupational psychologist status in 2003. Since that time Ben has worked in both the public and private sectors and spent the last three years as a senior consultant at SHL Group plc, Surrey.
