The Recruitment Consultant Questionnaire (RCQ) a 15-minute duration online personality questionnaire, details a personís likely strengths and weaknesses as a recruitment consultant. Developed using rigorous job analysis and then validated against performance at a wide range of consultancies, the RCQ is a tried and tested way of predicting performance. This questionnaire measures 10 key personality factors, including assessment within the following areas:-
