The Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards (IRP Awards) is a major event in the recruitment industry, with many key players attending. As an important and growing partner organisation for recruiters, the Professional Representation Network (PRN) is an awards sponsor.

Gary Conway, Principle Consultant, Professional Representation Network sees the event on the 3rd of December as a milestone in any recruiter’s calendar: “It’s easy to say that relationships matter in business, but it’s another thing to make those relationships pay.

These awards are a perfect fit for our own role within the recruiting sector. They are all about what it is that makes a recruiting firm a winner – for both clients and the agency itself.”

The Professional Representation Network also hosted a pre-awards evening in November, which brought together many existing recruiting partners to talk about current issues, and to catch up with colleagues and ex-colleagues.

“Our business thrives by making productive connections – with more than 400 agency partners and over 10,000 contractor Associates,” said Gary Conway.

“Essentially, if something is good for recruiters, it’s good for us too. That’s why we are keen to support events such as the IRP awards which contribute to good practice and of course to higher profits for everyone. We will be delighted to have another chance to meet up with current contacts, and with new agencies who want to understand better what we can achieve on their behalf.”

Partnership with the Professional Representation Network gives recruiters a wide range of benefits and services including commission payments for referrals, tender support, and extensive backup for candidates designed to help recruitment agencies make more money, give their contractors extended support services and focus on what matters most.
