Peopleclick launches new ready to to recruitment products for mid-range markets at HRSS 2004

Brings large corporate HR capabilities to smaller businesses - affordably

Peopleclick, the global leader in workforce management technology and services, today unveiled its Ready-To-Go products for medium-sized companies for the first time in Europe, at stand B66 in the e-Recruitment Zone at the HRSS 2004 show from 23-24 June at Olympia, London.

Peopleclick Ready-to-Go 60 and Ready-to-Go 90 offer a best-practice implementation of Peopleclick’s RMS, its enterprise-level recruitment solution - from candidate identification and pre-screening to qualification and selection, tied to powerful reporting and analytics tools. The numbers ’60’ and ’90’ denote the number of days taken to implement the solutions. As less customisation is required, Peopleclick can offer this ’plug and play’ technology very cost-effectively for clients. Additional customisation is available for those businesses which decide to expand their functionality at a later date.

Larry Cucchi, Director of International Operations at Peopleclick, comments: These new products really do what they say on the tin - they’re ready to use from the outset, after very minimal lowest-cost training for staff. We’re responding to a gap in the market for products to enable mid-sized corporates - employing a thousand or so people - to build better, stronger workforces by using the same high performance recruitment technology that large enterprises have been benefiting from for years.

At the HRSS show this year, Peopleclick will also be demonstrating the latest version of its Web-based recruitment management solution - RMS - and vendor management solution - VMS. Larry Cucchi will be on the Peopleclick stand throughout HRSS 2004.
