Penna Consulting has announced the formation of Penna Resourcing Solutions; a new managed services offer designed to provide corporate clients with strategic consultancy addressing all aspects of their recruitment and workforce management needs.
Penna Resourcing Solutions, combining consulting expertise with web-based technology, will enable Pennaís UK and international clients to undertake an in-depth examination of their Human Capital Management (HCM) strategies and processes ñ e.g. the management of existing staff; direct external recruitment; external recruitment through agencies; employee referrals; online recruitment; and the management of flexible freelance staff.
The new consultancy is the product of Pennaís partnership with The Resourcing Centre (TRC) ñ providing managed services to leading institutions such as Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and UBS ñ and Kuzushi which has been working with Penna in providing web-enabled resource management systems. TRC has developed a number of sophisticated processes that facilitate the analysis of resourcing channels.
Penna Resourcing Solutions will be able to offer additional HCM services such as HR and Change Management consultancy from other Penna businesses. For example, the service could include a review of a clientís Employee Value Proposition to assess the strength of its appeal to existing and potential staff. The new managed service will complement Pennaís existing resourcing services such as Executive Search and Interim Management.
