Penna, the leading provider of Human Capital Management services, announces the appointment of Lisa Wilson to the City business. Lisa will be based at the companyís new offices in Gracechurch Street.
With over 8 years executive search experience, latterly with New Millennium Group, Lisa is one of the most experienced search consultants in her field. Lisa began her career at one of the Cityís largest search and selection firms before becoming a founder member of Marshall Warburton Executive Search, a boutique specializing in international capital markets recruitment.
Lisaís focus has been on structured credit products, encompassing asset-backed securitisation, structured credit derivatives and high-yield capital markets. She has worked across Europe, US and Japan and has successfully transacted deals at a variety of levels.
At Penna, Lisa joins a growing City executive search capability. She will develop their Fixed Income business in Europe as part of Pennaís global network.
