Penna and PSL partner to develop assessment

Penna Consulting, leaders in human capital management, and PSL, one of the UKís leading psychometric testing companies, have entered into a commercial arrangement to promote jointly their range of assessment products. PSL will take over the development and management of Pennaís Assessor product and Penna will market PSLís range of psychometric tests to its clients.

Under the new arrangement PSLís 12- strong specialist test development team will maintain and enhance Penna Assessor alongside its existing range of assessment tools. PSL is an acknowledged market leader in psychometric recruitment and assessment tools and pioneered the use of on-line psychometric testing for recruitment - including state of the art approaches such as item-banking.

In return Penna will promote PSLís range of specialist assessment tools ñ some are aimed at specific markets such as retail, leisure and financial services ñ to those clients that employ its recruitment, resourcing, career consulting, outplacement and coaching services where assessment plays an important role.
