Oxford Software launches new Tempaid

.

Oxford Software has launched its new Tempaid payroll and invoicing system for recruitment companies. The new Tempaid, re-designed to incorporate the power, scalability and security of Microsoftís SQL server technology and provide enhanced flexibility and ease of use, retains all the proven functionality of this well-established, industry payroll standard.

The new version of Tempaid offers recruitment companies increased integration with the companyís Aspire front-office system for consultants, and takes advantage of the latest Windows technology to provide easy-to-complete client, employee and timesheet data. Tempaid also makes increased use of the Internet to send and receive data securely, and transfer information between offices.

Tempaid offers recruitment companies an unrivalled flexibility of timesheet options and a wide choice of timesheet data entry, including automatic links from Aspire and Recruit, online confirmation by client and electronic link to remote offices, as well as manual entry. And, of course, by entering timesheet data just once for the generation of both payslip and client invoice, costly errors and omissions are minimised. Tempaid handles limited companies and VAT as well as Working Time and Holiday Regulations, and the latest Working Family Tax Credit. In short, a payroll system designed especially for recruitment companies.

In addition to providing a comprehensive portfolio of reports, Tempaid also now supports the top-of-the-range management information tool, Crystal Reports, and, with links to Microsoft Office, data can also be analysed using Excel.

Oxford Softwareís candidate, client and contact management system, Aspire, will also be on show, demonstrating its latest facilities which include a powerful CV extraction facility and new address management based on postcode proximity set ñ the latter set to enhance Aspireís precision search and candidate matching abilities.

Aspireís CV extraction from Microsoft Word or Adobe pdf documents can recognise far more than simple names and addresses, having the sophistication to weight skills against, for example, IT and financial expertise, and automatically transfer the information direct to the Aspire database. This dramatically reduces the time spent in assessing and transferring key facts.

Oxford Softwareís Aspire and Tempaid represent state-of-the-art, proven, high-specification applications that help recruitment companies deliver excellent customer service and achieve outstanding productivity.
