OfficeRecruit, the UKís office support job board, has established itself as a market leader in online commercial recruitment according to the latest Hitwise report. Hitwise shows OfficeRecruit has outpaced the market to occupy a 50% share of all web traffic, greater than the combined figures of its competitors (1).
In addition, OfficeRecruit has seen a 30% jump in application numbers over the past month and boasts approximately 326,000 site visitors a month with 189,286 candidates registered as of September. This uplift has been achieved through improvements in job search functionality, increased marketing spend and the introduction of a ìguest applicationî feature which allows candidates to apply for jobs without having to go through a lengthy registration process.
Client feedback suggests the refocus on OfficeRecruitís core strengths in PA/Secretarial, Admin, Reception, Accounts and Customer Service, proactive marketing and technical site enhancements have led to further improvements in the quality and number of candidates being delivered to clients. The enhancements have also resulted in a better experience for OfficeRecruit candidates.
