Norman Broadbent announces the appointment of Krista Walochik as COO

Norman Broadbent is delighted to announce that it has appointed Krista Walochik as the firm’s new COO.

Krista joined the company as Managing Director of Norman Broadbent Spain in 1994, building a successful search and HR consultancy based in Madrid and Barcelona.

She has always led from the front as both a manager and client consultant and will continue to have a high degree of client interaction in leading the drive to develop Norman Broadbentís exceptional service offering.

Her earlier career was in management consultancy with KPMG in Madrid where she managed the Executive Search & Selection Practice within the Human Resources Consultancy practice. Krista specialises in senior level search in Professional Services and executive coaching at board level.
