Norman Broadbent Americas launched

.

Norman Broadbent announced today that it has created a new entity in the USA, Norman Broadbent Americas, and intends to grow its business there in significant fashion in a clearly upturning market.

The venture will be driven by a partnership of founding members from the leading firms in this industry. It will be led by Conrad Lee, formerly president of DHR, a leading ($60M) executive search firm and formerly a Managing Director for Korn/Ferry.

We’ve evolved our business in the UK, clearly led by executive search, into a solutions business capable of creating positive changes over a sustained period of time with our clients. In the US, we are going to establish a top five ranking search business. We believe we will achieve this within several years and will ultimately replicate our array of additional services in the American market says Doug Bugie, CEO of Norman Broadbent.

We are pleased that the Norman Broadbent brand, reputation and the excellent group of Founding Partners has enabled us to attract an incredibly talented cadre of consultants with great ideas on how to create positive, productive change in an industry which is in need of such change.

ìThe combination of tenure, experience and track record with creativity and entrepreneurial approach will be a terrific combination. We think we’re onto a winner and expect to replicate this model globally, he concluded.

Norman Broadbent is starting with offices in San Francisco and Boca Raton, near Miami, and expects to be making further expansion announcements soon.
