Turnkey Learning has launched an innovative new online management tool to help organisations and managers check out the prevailing conditions in their teams. The TCS OnLine (Team Climate Survey) works by identifying individual experiences of working on the team at any point in time, asking team members, including the team leader, to rate 20 key characteristics of team effectiveness.
The downloadable TCS OnLine survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and once the data is entered into the TCS OnLine system, a Team Climate profile is produced quickly and simply. The package works for teams of up to 20 and includes a printer-friendly user-guide providing everything there is to know about administering and interpreting a Team Climate profile.
