New National Sales manager for Esteem

As part of its plans to expand its customer base, Esteem Systems has appointed Jeremy Beswick to the position of National Sales Manager.

As part of its plans to expand its customer base, Esteem Systems, one of the UKís leading IT services providers, has appointed Jeremy Beswick to the position of National Sales Manager.

Jeremyís role will involve the direct management of Esteemís sales team. He will also be tasked with raising awareness of Esteemís services in order to strengthen and expand their existing customer base. Jeremy will be involved in growing the revenue received from the sales of the full range of Esteemís solutions and services including Managed Services and IT Consultancy.

Jeremy brings with him over 20 years experience in sales and sales management and holds a management degree from Warwick University. He spent his early career at IBM and has held senior positions at Sybase and Amdahl. More recently Jeremy has held the position of Vice President at Princeton Consulting; and that of Sales Director at CSF solutions where he led their transformation from hardware vendor to a services and consulting company.

Jeremyís experience in the management of existing customers and the development of new accounts will help Esteem add to its impressive client portfolio. His experience of managing key accounts with blue chip companies will enable him to identify and manage new and mutually beneficial relationships for the company.

Typically customers are organisations with 250 plus employees. Key partners include; Microsoft; Sun Microsystems; Citrix Systems; IBM; 02; Oracle; Dell; RSA Security; Trend Micro and Check Point.

Esteem received four awards in 2003 and was short-listed for a further three. Awards include the National Business Awards North East Business of the Year Award; Sun Microsystems New Business Award and APRC Award; and a Deloitte and Touche Fast 50 award for the sixth year running. Esteem was short-listed for the National Business Awards North East Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Evening Press Growth Business of the Year Award and was ranked in Deloitteís Europeís Technology Fast 500 Awards. Esteem also holds the prestigious Investors in People Standard.
