New Hires for Workthing

Workthing, UK online recruitment solutions provider, owned by the Guardian Media Group, today announced the appointment of James Swift and Stephen Hards to their sales department.

James brings six years experience gained within the online recruitment market , most recently witth Associated New Media/ Jobsite. Two years ago, James helped to launch www.londonjobs.co.uk building the business into the UK’s leading regional website for jobs. Prior to that he worked for JobsgoPublic as well as the publishers VNU, where he helped to launch VNU’s first recruitment portal. In his new role as Corporate Account Manager with Workthing, he will be focussed on building Workthing.com’s presence in the retail and banking sectors.

Stephen Hards joins Workthing as Key Account Handler. He previously worked in sales and account management for the scientific software provider, Adept Scientific. Prior to that he spent five years at IMS Health, providing market intelligence services to the Pharmaceutical sector and NHS trusts.
