New Clients, new products and a new outlook

for 4mat.com

4mat.com has today announced its ëNew Clients, New products and a New Outlookí report for 2003 ñ a strategic plan reviewing the companyís performance over the last 12 months and its ideas and strategy for the coming year.

4mat has had a highly successful year in terms of recruiting new clients. A major coup is the announcement that Ajilon Group has selected 4mat as preferred supplier to develop and maintain its web sites and strategy. The agreement has already seen new web sites launched for Ajilon Finance, Ajilon consulting and Computer People and projects are underway for Office Angels. Internet Marketing manager at Computer People Andy Brennan said ìWe are hoping to add significant value to our business via the web and by using 4matís dotVacancy web site at the core of the solution we are able to deliver exceptional functionality to candidates across numerous web sites without incurring the huge cost of developing multiple web sites from scratch.î

4mat sees continual evolution as critical to its survival. Having launched the second version of dotVacancy before Christmas, 4mat are now hard at work developing the next version of the product which will see new features added and existing features refined. 4matís James Saunders said ìAlthough we celebrated our 300th on-line recruitment solution last year we know a new outlook is required to ensure we continue to align ourselves with the industry. A nice web site is no longer good enough and our clients and prospective clients are demanding a more vigorous demonstration of how a recruitment web site can effect bottom line income and profit. It is our ability to build products that can deliver those results and help clients design and create the sites that they want that will enable us to grow and develop over the next 12 months.î

Certainly the success of this new approach to date is encouraging. As well as The Ajilon Group new 4mat clients include Blue Resource, Glotel and Career Legal ñ all major companies at the forefront of the industry and all of whom are developing major new sites with innovative and market leading features. Career Legal IT Director Douglas Elom said ìWe believe the market still shows a great deal of opportunity if you use the correct strategy and approach. We are working very closely with 4mat to design and build our web site to create a new forum for candidates and a new income stream for our business. So far we are very happy with progress.î

So the future looks promising for 4mat .com. As the very first specialist recruitment web site designers in the UK they have seen a lot of companies and fads come and go in the industry. And although a continual need for change drives the company the ability to deliver recruitment web sites that meet branding needs, delivers candidates and generates income is one consistent goal ever present in the organisation.
