New Additions To Thomas Key Software Make it More User Friendly

.

Thomas International supply management systems that analyse people''s behavioural style at work, enabling employers to understand them better. The systems can be used for recruitment, training and retention, benchmarking, career planning, appraisal and team building.

At the CIPD Conference and Exhibition in October, Thomas International will be launching several new additions to the Thomas Key Software. For the first time Career Adviser will be included within the key software. Career Adviser identifies an individual''s main personal characteristics and work behaviour. Utilising these factors , it will report on key career criteria and also on how to use these to maximise career potential. It also indicates the type of career which will most likely suit the individual, guiding him/her to maximise their work strengths. This service can be used to help both employers and employees identify and examine career choices.

Other new additions include:

Powerpoint guide on How to Use TSTs (Tests for Selection and Training). TSTs, unique to Thomas, assesses fluid intelligence i.e. the ability to learn. The presentation is a step by step guide on how to get the most from the test.

A ranking programme for the Human Job Analysis (HJA) Goodness of Fit. This will enable employers to see, on a scale of one to five, how good a fit the PPA profile is to the role they are recruiting for.

Thomas International will also be carrying out free testing at the stand using their unique Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). The PPA analyses how a person behaves in the work environment and is fast, accurate and effective. It can help employers answer questions such as Are the right people working for me?, Are they in the right roles? and Do they need training?.
