.

MrTed Limited, the Europeíe leading provider of Talent Management software to the enterprise market, is pleased to announce financial results for 2003. Citing strong growth and a successful overall year, MrTed posts its first profits and increases the companyís annual revenues by 30%.

In 2003, MrTed continued to execute their strategy of becoming the leading provider of global Talent Management technology to the worldís largest organisations. Venturing successfully into new countries such as Australia, Brazil, Norway, Turkey, and Thailand, the company has localized its award-winning platform TalentLink in several new languages, now totaling 18 while continuing to emphasize their unique value proposition in the market with numerous functional enhancements and new solutions for External Mobility and Contingent Workforce Management.

The strategy has paid off well. MrTed is increasingly attracting both brand attention and new clients worldwide. Continued confidence from the existing customer base and significant new customer acquisitions provided a base for the increases in 2003. Additionally, high profile global alliances also featured prominently in the enhanced revenue stream with partnership deals signed with such prominent organizations as Alexander Mann Solutions (UK).

Company CEO Jerome Ternynck states, ìWe are more confident than ever that flexible, web-based, globally deployed Talent Management platforms are the way to go for large organizations that need to combine global consistency with local specifications.î

MrTed observers see a very bright year ahead for the company, which is well poised for an effective, productive and profitable 2004.
