In 2003, MrTed continued to execute their strategy of becoming the leading provider of global Talent Management technology to the worldís largest organisations. Venturing successfully into new countries such as Australia, Brazil, Norway, Turkey, and Thailand, the company has localized its award-winning platform TalentLink in several new languages, now totaling 18 while continuing to emphasize their unique value proposition in the market with numerous functional enhancements and new solutions for External Mobility and Contingent Workforce Management.

The strategy has paid off well. MrTed is increasingly attracting both brand attention and new clients worldwide. Continued confidence from the existing customer base and significant new customer acquisitions provided a base for the increases in 2003.
