Monster Steps Up Online Marketing Activity with One Campaign

Monster.co.uk, the UK's leading online recruitment site, announced the launch of a new email and online marketing campaign targeting over 150,000 HR directors and managers in the UK. Monster's One campaign will go live tomorrow, 23rd April, with the aim of promoting a Monster Starter Pack and to increase awareness of Monster's products and services among the HR community.

Created by Monster's sister recruitment advertising company, TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, the campaign is based on the idea of One. The creative depicts one great introductory offer from the number one recruitment site in the world with access to one million job seekers. The one theme is woven throughout the campaign with the offer available for one month only at a reduced rate of one thousand pounds. The campaign will be driven by a combination of online banners, buttons and targeted e-mails.

Harvest Digital Ltd has devised the online element of the campaign: a landing page hosted on the Monster.co.uk site and a series of banners. Harvest was also responsible for the strategic online media planning and buying. Banners and buttons will appear on targeted HR websites, including Personnel Today, UK Recruiter, Human Resources Magazine and Online Recruitment Magazine, which will generate over 230,000 banner impressions throughout the duration of the campaign. An HTML e-mail will also be sent to HR specific mailing lists, targeting almost 112,000 HR directors and managers.
