Livingston James Group launches two new brands to serve sales and marketing, and legal markets

Group Reports Significant Growth in First Half of 2015

Scottish headquartered recruitment business, the Livingston James Group, has expanded into the sales and marketing and legal recruitment markets with the launch of two new brands.

Sales and marketing brand, Edison Bond, launched in July of this year, with Amicus Ford following in early September to focus on the legal recruitment market.  Both businesses are headed up by experienced recruitment consultants; Edison Bond by Neil Brown, formerly UK Sales & Marketing lead at Hudson, and Amicus Ford by Liz Frost, most recently manager of UK resourcing at Heineken.

The Group, established by Jamie Livingston and Andy Rogerson in 2010, saw an 80% increase in sales across its core brands rising to £1.5 million in the first six months of 2015.  This trend is expected to continue with the addition of its two newest brands.

It has also experienced growth across its three established brands; executive search firm Livingston James, senior finance specialists Rutherford Cross, and procurement and supply chain experts Drummond Bridge, with a number of new appointments across the business.

Financial Services expert Angela McCann and Audit and Advisory recruiter Sophie Randles have joined the team at Rutherford Cross, whilst the Drummond Bridge leadership team has expanded with the appointment of Scott Buchanan to head up the Manufacturing and Engineering Practice.

Executive search practice, Livingston James, has significantly expanded its Public Sector capability with sector head Douglas Adam, who joined the business last year, delivering on CEO appointments for the NHS and currently undertaking the search for the CEO of Transport Edinburgh.
