.

Leroy Merlin Group, one of the leading Do-It-Yourself retail chains with over 275 stores and 30,000 employees in France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Italy, Brazil, Russia and China has signed with MrTed Ltd. to utilize MrTed TalentLink as its global talent management platform.

For Leroy Merlin Group, the need for overall consistency with tailored local presence were critical requirements to the companyís global recruiting efforts. ìMrTed TalentLink is very well suited to Leroy Merlin Group and to the retail sector in general. It was important for us to maintain consistency and share best practices among our global shops. We also wanted our global shops to retain the integrity of their own local, cultural and linguistic needs. MrTed TalentLink was the only platform that met all of our requirements,î said Patrice Olivier, International HR Director for Leroy Merlin Group.

Leroy Merlin Group project managers were additionally impressed with the simplicity of the TalentLink rollout itself, another key point in their decision to chose MrTed Limited. Stephane Calmes, Director of Human Resources for Leroy Merlin France, ìIT projects in the retail sector tend to be overly complicated, consuming valuable time and resources. We are choosing MrTed TalentLink because it is not supposed to require an army of engineers to accomplish!î
