Kelly Services Announces new Vice President, Head of Sourcing and Research for EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions

Today, Kelly Services, Inc, (NASDAQ: KELYA; KELYB), a leader in providing workforce solutions, appoints Martin Lee as Vice President, Head of Sourcing and Research, for EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. Mr. Lee will report to Natalia Shuman, Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA and Asia Pacific Regions

Today, Kelly Services, Inc, (NASDAQ: KELYA; KELYB), a leader in providing workforce solutions, appoints Martin Lee as Vice President, Head of Sourcing and Research, for EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. Mr. Lee will report to Natalia Shuman, Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA and Asia Pacific Regions.

Martin brings vast expertise to Kelly Services including advanced direct sourcing techniques, benchmarking analysis, talent pooling, and recruitment research, as well as advance usage of social media in recruitment. Martin will ensure that the most innovative solutions are offered to our customers. He will work closely with customers on sourcing and recruitment strategies and advise them on the newest search methods. He will also focus on strengthening Kelly recruitment capabilities, ensure that it attracts the best talent, and provides sourcing training to the teams. Martin will work with the existing teams of recruiters, and be integral in directing the ongoing training programme.

Previously Director of Sourcing & Research at Social Media Search, a Norman Broadbent plc service, the appointment signifies an important senior hire for Kelly Services. Previous roles Martin has held also include those at Brain Gain Recruiting, Talent Works International and Triad Group PLC.
