Cardiff Bay based specialist recruitment agency, NOW Accountancy, celebrated their second anniversary, and the end of a profitable second year, this month during an all-expenses paid trip to Monte Carlo.
The team trip to Monte Carlo was awarded to the agency following the team winning ëBest UK Branchí at a prestigious company awards ceremony.
Over six members of the Cardiff Bay based company flew to Monte Carlo on the 19th June for a weekend of celebration and reflection.
ìWithout the support and investment in us from local businesses we would not be in the position which we are in today,î says Natalie Said Manager of NOW Accountancy. ìWe have doubled in size and tripled in turnover since our inception in 2001. From the start it has been important for us to focus on the South Wales accountancy market. We have taken on consultants who not only have a vast amount of experience in the region but also want to grow be part of a leading independent recruitment agency ñ of which many of our clients now regard us.î
NOW Accountancy supplies both temporary and permanent staff from Ledger Clerks through to Financial Directors in industrial, public and private sectors across South Wales. Clients include Cardiff CC and Arriva Trains to name but a few.
The agency is also celebrating scooping the accolade of ëBest UK Branchí at NOW Recruitmentís annual conference which took place in May. ìWinning the award, and the trip to Monte Carlo really was the icing on the cake for us. We are the only Welsh branch of NOW Recruitment, a nationwide recruitment company, and were up against very strong competition,î says Natalie. ìWe had no idea that we had won until the ceremony on the 15th May and were stunned when our name was called. We have all worked so hard this year to grow our division to be the best it can be.
