Having spent seven months spearheading Evergreen Groupís Training & Development programme, Richard Jeffreys has now been appointed to head up the companyís newest recruitment consultancy, JWS Resources ñ targeting financial services, actuarial, pensions and employee benefits sectors.
Richardís primary role will be devising and implementing business strategy and training for the division but he will also adopt a hands-on approach assuming sole responsibility for Senior Pensions recruitment.
Prior to joining Evergreen, Richard spent six years with Hays Inter-Selection. He joined as Senior Recruitment Consultant in 1997, won best newcomer in 1998, quickly followed by top consultant in 1999. By June 2001 he had been promoted to Senior Manager with multi-site responsibility and finally appointed to the board in August 2001.
In addition to JWS Resources, Evergreen Group comprises a number of other specialist recruitment companies. These cover operational research and statistics, pharmaceutical and environmental. It also encompasses First Choice Software, developer and supplier of market leading RDB Pro recruitment software.
