JustCareersUSA will be launching their restrutured website on April 15,2004. The website address is http://www.justcareersusa.com/index.html. This website is integral to a major rethinking regarding the core business of justCareersUSA. The company once operated under the name of nowCareersUSA and it was determined that a significant portion of their visitors were visiting the websites of their advertisers and partners, which was keeping them from exploring the career opportunities on the corporate website of listed employers. The company had two choices--continue to include these distractions on their website or to commit to a new direction, a direction that would better serve their clients. JustCareersUSA is a website that is totally structured around the goal of leading focused and motivated jobseekers to the corporate website of potential employers.

As nowCareersUSA the company built a database of over 7500 employers in over one hundred job markets. All corporate links have been carried over into the new website. Most of the employers included in their database are service and sales companies. JustCareersUSA caters to companies that provide a service to the American consumer, including retail, hospitality, consumer goods, health and government positions. They also list Fortune 500 companies and the larger employers in any given job market.

It should be the goal of every business, or specifically the goal of the human resources department of every company, to keep their company suffieciently staffed to meet the needs of their customers. The power of the internet has in some ways made this task easier and in other ways it has made it more difficult. Generally speaking, the internet simplifies the recruiting tasks of an employer when job-seekers use the tools, resources and information that are available to them through a corporation website. It becomes more difficult when job-seekers use application shortcuts, resume blasting services and resume posting service that are all too common on employment websites. Glen Broyles stresses to employers that the best website on the internet is a company’s own website and that increasing traffic to their website can only be a positive.
