Jobsite managing director, Keith Potts comments: ìPublic Sector recruitment is clearly buoyant and we are delighted to be able to come on board with LGN and show our strengths to them and their marketplace, and in return expose the Jobsite brand to a huge growth market.î

Alistair Bull, Publisher of LGN said, ìWe have been inundated with enquiries and requests, regarding a recruitment section within the our well established publication, and what with the difficulties the local authorities have in recruiting and retaining staff, this would be the ideal opportunity to launch a recruitment section and web site to help alleviate the problems they are going throughî.

The website ëlgnjobsí has now tied up their partnership with Jobsite (which has been acquired by Associated New Media), Paul Zurcher who was the spearhead behind this partnership and the commercial manager for lgnjobs, said, ìThis is a great opportunity for both parties, not only will Jobsite reach a very senior market within local Government but also bolster their public sector market share, and for LGN, it will allow us to deliver a great variety of quality vacancies to our audience. I see this as a great step for LGN, as we can now offer our clients a two-pronged attack when it comes to recruiting experienced relevant staff.
