Jobs.co.uk launches

.

Jobs.co.uk, the new integrated recruitment Internet portal for job seekers, recruitment agencies and job boards went live on the 1st September. The portal will direct job seekers to recruitment websites and hopes to to revolutionise the online search process for both candidates and recruiters.

The portal features a search engine that allows candidates to search simultaneously across multiple recruitment databases for a particular job. The portal then directs the candidate to the website of the agency or job board that holds the vacancy in question.

Currently featuring 33 industry sectors, www.jobs.co.uk identifies a broad range of opportunities in finance, administration, industrial, manufacturing, public service, hospitality, IT, legal, leisure, marketing, recruitment, sales, science, social services, telecoms and even not for profit organisations and aviation.

A number of recruitment agencies and job boards have already subscribed to Jobs.co.uk in order to allow access to their databases. Varying subscriptions are available to recruiters. A ípage oneí subscription means that when a job seeker searches for a job in their industry sector, the recruiterís entry is among the first ten results the candidate will see when the search is returned.

Colin Minto, sales and marketing manager of Jobs.co.uk, says:

Weíre offering clients the opportunity to secure themselves a key position on the website. Our purpose is to direct interested candidates to the most relevant recruitment websites and ensure your business benefits from a greater number of job seekers that are redirected from Jobs.co.uk.

To coincide with the launch, the site is offering a range of great introductory rates for three-month contracts. For more details, please contact Colin Minto or Jo Gregory on 01675 469613.
