JM Implement HR-XML Job Posting Tool

JM Management services, part of the Blueprint Group have just completed successful implementation of a new, live job board posting tool based around HR XML.

The new tool is an advanced version of the 4mat posting software ëPipelineí and was specifically configured for JM to enable real-time posting using HR-XML. In practice this means that posting to JMís key board (Jobserve) is near instantaneous.

The system uses 4matís core Pipeline engine with key HR-XML enhancements enabling instant posting.
