Intelligent thinking at PlanetRecruit

Site relaunches with new look and technology

PlanetRecruit relaunches its site on 1 November, aimed at helping agencies to find the right candidate faster.

The new-look site, which includes more intelligent searching and auto-matching, means that the service PlanetRecruit offers is unique in the market. All an agency has to do is upload a job, and PlanetRecruitís system will suggest matching candidates. And if a recruitment consultant finds a candidate theyíre interested in, PlanetRecruitís auto-matching technology can instantly find others with similar skills and experience.

With its extensive database of 300,000 CVs, PlanetRecruit promises to find candidates quickly and filter out the rest, saving agencies valuable time and effort. The search facilities are now even faster and more accurate, with specified salary ranges, role and sector as criteria.
Agencies can choose to get up-to-the-minute CV alerts of candidates that meet the specified criteria. They can also access live site statistics, including popular search terms used by candidates.

PlanetRecruitís candidate-facing site has also been relaunched, improving the quality and timeliness of the responses that agencies receive. When a candidate registers their CV, they can automatically get details of jobs that match their criteria. The siteís intelligent search engine will also suggest jobs to candidates, based on the criteria theyíve specified.

Simon Appleton, CEO of PlanetRecruit says, ìWeíve grown our business by developing internet technologies that help agencies be more successful. We know that thereís a surfeit of information out there. Our new service helps filter candidates more effectively, and the time saved can be invaluable ñ particularly when posts need to be filled urgentlyî.
