In the world of executive recruitment and retention: The client speaks

The International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR) announces its 26th annual conference FutureQuest 2004

The International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR) announces its 26th annual conference FutureQuest 2004: The Client Speaks to be held October 3-5, 2004 in Chicago. IACPR was founded to create a dialog. There is no better place to experience this dialog than at the IACPR’s annual conference. No matter whether you have internal clients or external customers, it is essential to listen when The Client Speaks. In this exclusive forum of senior people, the pressure for improving talent management will be openly discussed. From the gloves off roundtable to senior leaders talking straight, those attending these meetings have always felt: The issues were right on target or More people should be aware that we just raised the bar on benchmarking.

Speakers are challenged not just to talk about new programs, but new problems; not just new transitions, but new themes; and not just good management, but extraordinary leadership. This year’s conference will be opened by Samuel K. Skinner, Adjunct Professor of Management & Strategy, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Retired Chairman, President & CEO, USF Corporation, Former Chief of Staff to President George H.W. Bush and former U.S. Secretary of Transportation.

To maintain this high level of discussion on executive leadership, the conference will also feature speakers like Kevin Connelly, Managing Director, North America and Japan, Spencer Stuart, Roger E. Herman, Futurist, Author, Impending Crisis: Too Many Jobs, Too Few People, Alan May SVP and Chief Personnel Officer, PepsiCo Beverages & Foods and Audrey Jackal, VP HR, AC Nielsen.
