Improvements to CareerLink ñ the free candidate search service

Over the past month several improvements have been made to CareerLink ñ the free candidate search service for recruitment and HR professionals provided by career management and outplacement consultancy PCS.

Changes to the site now enable recruiters and HR professionals to contact candidates directly and include information on positions they think may interest the candidate. This allows a speedier response to specific opportunities which is better for both recruiter and candidate.

The changes have also contributed to the requests for candidates from the site exceeding 4000.

Client Marketing Consultant Louise Burks stated that CareerLink is now being used regularly by researchers and senior recruiters from some of the leading search and recruitment firms as part of their candidate research strategy.
