International Association for Corporate and Professional Recruitment appoints new management firm to guide its future

The International Association for Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR) has selected The Center for Association Resources, based in Schaumburg, Illinois, as its management organization, effective immediately. We selected the Center for Association Resources, after an exhaustive search of numerous firms and found the Center to be best positioned as an organization to meet our strategic goals, commented Ann MacCarthy, IACPR Chair. We are deeply grateful for the many years of service performed by Susan Roberts who served IACPR as executive director through her firm, Executive Support. We all wish Susan the sincerest of congratulations on her retirement, further commented MacCarthy.

The Center for Association Resources, Inc. (The Center) is a national association management and management services firm providing professional management services exclusively to trade associations, professional societies and foundations. Robert O. Patterson, JD, is the CEO of The Center and has more than twenty years experience in association and private sector management.

Pamela Cramer, CAE, Senior Director at The Center, has been appointed Executive Director of the IACPR. Cramer comes to the IACPR with an expertise in membership development, strategic planning, and non-profit governance. She holds leadership positions on various Boards of Directors in the Chicago area. Previously, Cramer was a Vice President at a nationally recognized association.

The IACPR is a professional association focused exclusively on executive level recruitment, development, and retention, and is unique in its diverse group of 250 members who are executives and other senior level practitioners. IACPR’s members work with the top level executives in the US and abroad.
