Human resources expert hire at Cornwell

Cornwell Management Consultants plc has hired Hazel Hodgins to work specifically on HR assignments. Hazel is an experienced occupational psychologist and HR consultant

Most recently Hazel has been working as a Management Consultant with Hornagold and Hills working on a wide range of assignments such as: change management for BBC Technology and recruitment for the Railway Safety Standards Board; including the revision of the Railway Group Standards Rule Book for Railway Safety. Hazel has also worked extensively for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link as well as London Underground and Infraco JNP.

Prior to the Hornagold and Hills appointment she was a Consultant with Success Dynamics - a psychometrics test provider. Prior to this she worked as an Interim Communications Consultant for Abingdon Communications, working for such clients as Shell, BT, Openworld and Unilever.

Hazel gained a BSc (hons) in Psychology from the University of Wales, Bangor, in 1999 and a MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, from the University of Surrey in 2000.
