Human capital institute welcomes Peopleclick as founding member

New USA non-profit organisation welcomes company as major track sponsor

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a not-for-profit think tank and educator, announced today that Peopleclick - a global provider of Total Workforce Acquisition solutions and services, headquartered in North Carolina and London - has become a founding partner of HCI.

Acknowledged as one of the leading vendors in enterprise-class workforce solutions and an expert source for EEO/Affirmative Action needs, Peopleclick is also the sponsor of HCI’s Total Workforce Acquisition track, one of several learning tracks available to HCI members.

Peopleclick provides solutions to build a productive, competitive and diverse workforce. From recruitment and vendor management to EEO/Affirmative Action compliance, Peopleclick helps companies capitalise on their investment in people - a key ingredient of the HCI mission.

HCI targets the emerging role that strategic talent management is playing in organisations. With its partners, sponsors and advisors, it is examining the strategic aspects of HR - sourcing, selection, development, performance management and retention - helping employers and their partners with creative new solutions for attracting and hiring the best, growing talent and measuring performance. To that end, it is bringing together strategic human capital thought leaders who will explore strategies and best practices across a range of important topics.

Allan Schweyer, Executive Director of the Human Capital Institute, said: Progressive organisations like Peopleclick are vital partners for the success of HCI. They bring more than just capital to the table. Peopleclick and other HCI founders have committed senior staff for our advisory boards and are helping us reach individuals and organisations to deliver original research, education and tools. We are grateful to have their sponsorship of our total workforce acquisitions track, a topic that will explore the combination of recruitment technologies for the salaried and contingent workforces.

Kathleen V. Barton, vice president of marketing for Peopleclick, said: We’re impressed with the Human Capital Institute’s mission and its focus on Strategic HR and Talent Management issues. We’re confident that our combined efforts will result in leading-edge research and tools to help organisations address the complexities of human capital management.
