The website has been designed for ease of use for both candidates and clients and the Home page has useful links to other jobsites and a number of professional HR sites including the CIPD.
The offer to clients is that vacancies will be posted free of charge on their website and other appropriate jobsites. Candidates will be screened and presented on a standard format and a fee is only paid on placement. The objective of the business is to provide a quality e-recruitment service which is cost competitive.
